Welcome! If you're looking to increase website/product awareness, build your customer base and increase your sales potential you've come to the right place. We are happy to host your giveaway for you and we welcome new sponsors! Let us show you how providing a prize for one of our sweepstakes can be the best advertising you'll ever receive. Sponsors Are Acknowledged As Such, including a link, On Our Main Giveaway Page AND featured on their own individual giveaway page for their product/website. 

Why Choose Us?

We KNOW sweepstakes, we've been entering, sharing and/or hosting sweepstakes for over fifteen years, it's not only our business, it's our passion. We give each sponsor individual attention,  and unlike most promotion companies we do it without charging additional fees for design, hosting or distribution - and we never group your prize in with a bunch of other sponsors as you've most likely seen on other sites. Each giveaway is named for the company providing the prize, and each is provided with their own information page, links and write-ups. We do the work, you get the credit. Your giveaway will be promoted thru our our open-to-all pages, our members-only directory, message board and mailings. Each promotion is also submitted to other sites we work with for consideration on their sites as well - exposing your company/products to 1000's of potential customers. We feel this provides a winning situation for us, our sponsors and our visitors.

What Are The Prize Requirements?

There is no minimum prize value requirements, however, all prizes should be "family-friendly" (no adult oriented prizes) and we ask you to keep in mind that the higher the $ value OR number of prizes provided - the higher the interest the promotion will generate. Larger prizes, or those offering multiple prizes usually generate higher visits and leads. Past sponsors have provided everything from hotel stays & services to candles, gift baskets, certificates and toys. WE RECOMMEND supplying prizes that showcase your product/service!

IMPORTANT: We are thrilled with the opportunity to share your product/website with out visitors, however, we cannot give personal endorsements/recommendations unless we  purchase, use or have at least tried your products - please do not ask us to.

What Else Is Required?

In order to run the giveaway we require each company to provide some basic information for the contest page/newsletter. We also require that all prizes be received by us at least 3-days prior to the sweepstakes start date for photographing. See the bottom of this email for information you will need to provide.

How Long Before The Sweepstakes Can Start?

Most giveaways can start in under two weeks*. We have multiple designs and formats available, once we receive the go-ahead/information from a sponsor we choose a plan that we feel best fits with the type of prize and meets the requirements of the sponsor based on past experience. Once the photos are added the giveaway is ready to go. The link is then sent to the sponsor for inclusion on his/her website if they so choose and we provide the planned date for inclusion in the newsletter. 

*Larger giveaways, or times when there are multiple sponsors already in the "queue" it might take a little longer, all sponsors are provided with a tentative start date for consideration.

What Happens After A Giveaway Begins?

We continue to promote the giveaway throughout the length of the promotion.. We collect/store the entry information and, when the sweepstakes concludes we use a random method to draw a winner. Copies of all contact/emails to potential winners is cc to the sponsor if desired. Once confirmed we ship the prize/prizes to the winners - or, in the case of e-certificates, let the winner/sponsor know how to contact each other.

The following information is required in order to plan/prepare a giveaway. When you are ready please copy the questions into your email program and list your answers next to each as required/needed. ALTERNATIVELY you can print out the list of questions and include with your prize shipment - do not send prizes without contacting me first.

*While an unformatted copy of entrants emails can be sent within 4 weeks of closing we strongly recommend against this. Our standard policy is to destroy all entry information once winners have been confirmed - if emails are being collected by a sponsor we are required to post a notice on the information page, which may discourage visitors from entering.
